Should I take a class this semester, or wait?

I am working full time as a teacher, planning a wedding, my fiance is working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, and regular life happens too. The only class I can take is a teleconference class that lasts for 2 hours on Tuesday nights. should I do it or should I wait until things calm down? His job is seasonal and we're getting married in November.
