Why is Obama lying to us about being able to keep our current health care providers?

During a teleconference with leftist bloggers One of them asked Obama if Section 102 of the House health legislation outlaw private insurance when Obama himself said we would. Obama's answer was that he was not familiar with that piece of legislation. So, who is he lying to, us the American people, or the leftist blogger?
